Coriander chutney

Hi guys,
Hope u all are doing gr8 in this new year.It has been couple of months since i posted recipes...we moved from Pittsburgh to California.It took months for me to settle down in my new place with my naughty one:) .So i like to start with a simple recipe.Hope i will continue my blog without a break!!


Ingredients

1.Coriander- 1 bunch
2.Coconut-1/4(shredded)
3.Green chilli-few
4.Tamarind-a pinch
5.Ginger-1/2 inch
6.Mustard-few
7.Urad dhall- few

Method

Wash coriander leaves and keep it aide.Now in a kadai add little oil and saute green chilli and coriander leaves for a sec.Now grind all the ingredients together into a fine paste.Finally add all the seasoning ingredients and ix well.This goes well with dosa.

Lovely chutney, first time here and you have alovely blog. Glad you moved to CA, we are having a real bad winter in North East, i don't mind moving to some warmer place if given a choice.
