Brussels sprouts curry

I usually see these cute little cabbage at farmers market and wanted make a try.I taste real good.It very nutritious (rich in vitamin A and C).This goes well with sambhar rice.

Ingredients

1.Brussels sprouts-1 lb
2.Onion-1/2
3.Coriander powder-1 tsb
4.Chilli powder-1 tsb
5.Bay leaf-1
6.Fennel seeds-1/2 tsb


Method
Wash brussels sprouts and chop them .Now in a kadai heat oil when hot add bay leaf and fennel seeds.Once they splutters add throw the chopped onions into the kadai.Once they turn soft add the chopped sprouts.Add salt and very little water. Once it is half cooked add chilli and coriander powder.After 15 mins it will turn tender.Remove the kadai and serve it with hot rice.

I usually saute them with little salt and spice. This indian version sounds good too :)
